Connecticut Child Sex Abuse Lawyer Tim O’Keefe has announced that a New Britain Superior Court judge has entered judgment in the amount of $250,000.00 in a child sex assault case. “As a result of the lawsuit brought against the perpetrator, we were able to expose him as a child molester and cause him to be charged in criminal court and imprisoned. People who sexually molest innocent children need to be held accountable and brought to justice. We are very satisfied to have played a role in that process.” Tim O’Keefe

Jury selection is set to begin in a lawsuit filed against EastConn Transportation on September 15, 2015 at Rockville Superior Court. The case involves an EastConn bus driver who repeatedly sexually assaulted a fifteen year old girl in EastConn’s care over a period of three months. “The defendant refuses to accept ANY responsibility for what happened to this young girl and its insurance company apparently has no interest in reaching an amicable settlement in the case. Accordingly, we will select a jury and present our evidence and ask the jury to hold the defendant accountable and make its insurance company pay a fair and proper amount for damages.” Tim O’Keefe
